A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free (within a certain limit). We will migrate your site(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost data and unwanted network downtime. For this reason, we will perform all that for you at no cost!We have highly competent administrators whose main assignment is to ensure that your site functions exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous web applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, since there are a lot of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: We’ll require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a customer. We’re committed to safeguarding the security of the private data collected from the clients. For this purpose, we use technical security measures so as to prevent the loss, the abuse, the modification or the illegal leak of the private details under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we acquire online. When we request clients to submit financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is encoded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technique.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your former hosting provider. Once we have finished the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will have to do is modify the name server resource records for your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Basically, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
